Subject: Olefins containing LPG fractions (FCC products) need to convert into high octance gasoline component
 
Question:
We need to convert refinery stream of C3 & C4 in high octane gasoline pool. Please suggest most robust technologies. We would like it preferentially without using HF & H2SO4. The typical process is Alkylation, Butamer but we need to know other processes as well.

1) Isobutene feed for alkylation or as source of isobutene dehydrogenation to manufacture MTBE.
2) Polymerisation of light olefins as octane booster production.
3) Manufacturing of isoparaffins.
