Question No.:  5954 Category :  Refining
Date Posted:  3/1/2018
Subject: Very high DO across first Catalyst Bed in a scanfining Reactor

Question:
What could be the cause to have very high pressure drop in the first bed? Can the bed be loosing catalyst? Are there chances for catalyst size to reduce (due to velocity or erosion etc.), so it can pass through the v-wire screens?
